French toast
Toss
whole wheat bread slice, cut into a triangle into
beaten egg. Add chopped onions, tomatoes and fresh
coriander leaves to the egg. Shallow fry it in a
non-stick pan. Cook till golden brown on both sides.
Tomato ketchup to be given as accompaniment in a
separate tight container.

Mix rawa in curd and little water. Add finely chopped

sprouts. Also add baking soda to the batter, and
then steam it in idli pot.

Boil whole-wheat pasta/ macaroni in water. Drain
water. To it add roasted peanuts and cooked vegetables
like carrots, peas, capsicum, beans, onions, mushrooms
and baby corns. Tomato sauce to be given in a separate
container.

Rava (suji) mixed in curd, spread on a non-stick
pan like an omelette and topped with finely chopped
onions, tomatoes, green capsicum and paneer. Cook
