  Getting kids to eat a good healthy and nutritious breakfast
to start them on their day isn’t always easy. So mothers will
have to be really tricky and smart to make their young ones
eat breakfast. There are a few simple, exciting, yet nutritious
breakfast options which the mothers can adopt and give their
kids a “SMART START”
   
 
Include a fruit juice as a part of a healthy breakfast. It is bound to be a hit any day of the week, and the great tasting juice is an easy way to add essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients to your child’s diet.
 
Porridge along with a medium sized fruit such as an apple/pear or a glass of orange juice.
 
Colorful upma/poha with lots of veggies like peas, carrot, potatoes along with a glass of milk /fruit juice.
