Healthy Eating Tips for your Kids:
Start your kid's day with a healthy, nutritious breakfast as it helps your kid going at a good pace-until lunch.  
Healthy means nutritious food enriched with vitamins, minerals, fibres, proteins, carbohydrates and limited fat.  
Make your kid eat lot of different foods everyday by giving him variety in terms of colours, shapes and flavours.
Give your child at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies-directly or in latent form.
Make your child eat small meals at regular intervals.  
Avoid fried foods like chips for your child else he might become a couch potato.
Try to limit the amount of processed and refined foods such as pizzas, burgers, white bread, pastas, noodles
Quench your child's thirst by giving him 10-12 glasses of water and other liquids like fruit juices/lemon water/milk. Avoid synthetic/-aerated beverages.
